Simply Construction inc. is a licensed California general contractor based at 850 Mira Valle St in Monterey Park. Our work centers on the biggest decisions a homeowner makes after buying a house: building new, adding a second home on the lot, or adding the space a growing family needs.
That means custom homes, backyard ADUs, garage conversions, room additions, second stories and new garages. These projects involve structural engineering, energy code compliance, utility work and long permit processes. They reward a contractor who plans before building, and they punish shortcuts.

California requires a licensed contractor for any job of $1,000 or more in combined labor and materials.
